1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Auravox application ("App") and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Auravox ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Auravox provides AI-powered voice analysis and training services, including:

• Voice recording and frequency analysis
• Celebrity voice profile matching
• Personalized voice training recommendations
• Progress tracking and voice improvement metrics
• 7-day voice training programs

The Service is designed for entertainment and self-improvement purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Auravox, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Account

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Auravox offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or our website payment processors.

5.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. For web purchases, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@auravox.app.

6. Voice Data and Recordings

By using our voice analysis features, you grant us permission to:

• Access your device's microphone to record audio
• Process and analyze your voice recordings using AI technology
• Store voice analysis results (frequency data, not raw audio) to track your progress

We do not permanently store raw audio recordings. Voice data is processed in real-time, and only analysis results (pitch, frequency patterns, match scores) are retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, software, and the overall design—are owned by Auravox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Celebrity names, images, and voice comparisons are used for entertainment and educational purposes only. Auravox is not affiliated with or endorsed by any celebrities featured in the voice matching feature.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record or upload voice recordings of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use voice analysis results for identity theft or fraud
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Voice analysis results will be 100% accurate
• You will achieve specific voice improvement results
• The celebrity voice matching feature reflects actual similarity

Auravox is not a medical service. Our voice training is for self-improvement and entertainment purposes only. If you have voice or speech concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAVOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auravox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
