Manage Your Subscription
Your Auravox subscription is managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan:
- 1.Open Settings on your iPhone
- 2.Tap your name at the top
- 3.Tap Subscriptions
- 4.Select Auravox to manage
Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?
Open Auravox and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for your original purchase.
Why isn't the microphone working?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure Auravox is enabled. Also ensure no other app is using the microphone.
Is my voice data stored?
No. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored. Only analysis results (pitch values, scores) are saved to track your progress. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@auravox.app with subject 'Account Deletion Request'. Include your account email. We'll process your request within 30 days and delete all associated data.
Can I use Auravox on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on any device and your subscription and progress will sync automatically.
What are the system requirements?
Auravox requires iOS 17.0 or later and an iPhone with a working microphone.
